What shipping methods are available?
We currently ship our goods via Royal Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship only within the United Kingdom. For international orders, email us at artisantools2026@gmail.com.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery takes between 2 and 6 working days. Occasionally it can take a little longer, depending on where you live.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit cards and PayPal, and bank transfers as well. If you have any special requirement, contact us at artisantools2026@gmail.com.
Is buying online safe?
Yes. The whole site is protected by an SSL certificate (look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar) and payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details.
Orders & returns
How do I place an order?
Ordering is straightforward:
- Find the blade set you need in the shop or with the search bar.
- Click “Add to cart”.
- Open the cart and review your order — you can still add more products.
- Click “Checkout”, fill in your details and pay.
If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you finish your order.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, call us on 07944 903378 or email artisantools2026@gmail.com with your order number and we will change or cancel it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to manage and track your orders.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order you receive an email with your order number. Enter it, together with your billing email, on the Track your order page.
How can I return a product?
